A neighborhood sauna dedicated to community, nature, and well-being.

Nestled in the backyard of our home, Koti is a place to experience sauna the way we’ve always loved it: tucked into a neighborhood, surrounded by nature, and part of everyday life.

We’ve created a small, welcoming space where you can slow down, move between the heat of the sauna and the cold plunge, and spend time connecting with yourself and the people around you.

    Cedar Sauna

    Settle into our outdoor Finnish sauna, heated to ~185°F, with three levels of cedar benches, birch-scented steam, and garden views

    Fresh-Water Cold Plunges

    Cool off in two fresh-water cold plunges set at different temperatures, 40°F and 50°F
